Merge of parameter "FieldEvaluationApplicationState" with "DeviceNotReady"

In the firmware versions 2.0.0/ 2.0.1 of the multiScan, the Object Detection included the FieldEvaluationApplicationState, which indicated the availability of the field evaluation. In addition to the DeviceNotReady, this state could also be selected as a source for the digital outputs. Since V2.1.0, the FieldEvaluationApplicationState is linked to the DeviceNotReady signal and is no longer available as source to minamize the complexity of the multiScan error handling.

However, if the FieldEvaluationApplicationState was selected as a I/O-source signal in V2.0.0/ 2.0.1, the FieldEvaluationApplicationState remains as the IO source, even though it is no longer set by the device.

To fix this issue a reset to factory default is necessary.
