Table of Contents
Since Firmware Version V1.50, the RFU6xx provides the information that a transponder enters the field "tag arrival" or that a transponder leaves the field "tag departure". To get that information, an event has to be subscribed. Please note that a frequently reading is required. Therfore use the freewheel or auto-cycle mode. There are two events available:
The tag arrival event can be subscribed with the following command:
Send: sEN TTRNewArrTags 1
Receive: sEA TTRNewArrTags 1
⚠ The command to subscribe to the Tag Arrival Event has to be sent again after each new TCP/IP connection.
Tag departure
First it has to be defined when a tag departs the field. Therefore you can choose a departure timeout between 1000~10000ms. To change the parameter by command, a login/logout is required. Please check the application conditions when using small values. If there are holes in the field, a longer time would be required to prevent multiple events for one tag. Alternatively, it is also possible to set the departure timeout for individual antenna in SOPAS
Example with tag departure time of 2000 ms: sMN SetAccessMode 3 7A99FDC6 sAN SetAccessMode 1 sWN TTRLifetime_1 +2000 sWA TTRLifetime_1 sMN Run sAN Run 1
After that, you can subscribe the event with the following command: sEN TTRDepTags 1 sEA TTRDepTags 1
⚠ The command to subscribe to the Tag Arrival Event has to be sent again after each new TCP/IP connection.

Output only Event strings
To output only the result strings from the arrival and departure events it is necessary to deactivate the output of the output format. To deactivate the output format choose "no output" in the Ethernet settings.
