SIM2000-p was not able to rename the image stored by the IPCam

The IPCam is sending images to the FTP Server but the file name is not correct.

Indicator for this issue:

  • Successful Image Request from IPCam is counting up
  • Save image failed is not counting up!
  • Renaming was not successful counting up
  • Names of the filename is not correct. Is the file name the default filename? [SIMNAME]_[DATE]_[TIME]_[ON].jpg or something different?
 

1. Validate if the credatials of the SIM are correct
 

2. Validate if an firewall is active. If yes check if the rename transfer is working without the firewall. If this is the case, set up the specific firewall rules 
 

3. Please validate if the images are in the same folder as the rename command goes to
