The MPB is compatible with our Sick Function Block Factory.
There is one limitation, the most PLC systems are not compatible with the in the MPB used uint64 timestamp values for the following saved maximum shock indices:
- 4437 – a-Peak Timestamp
- 4438 – a-Peak - Last - Maximum acceleration
- 4441 + 4444 to 4447 - a-Peak - Stored 1/2/3/4/5 maximum acceleration
Therefore these indices are not available (not selectable/ greyed out) via the Function Block Factory and if necessary have to be read out manually by the customer in a way that fits to the used PLC system. E.g. you could query these indices using the IO-Link call block and interpret the data yourself.
Indices with uint64 timestamp values are not selectable (greyed out) in the Function Block Factory:
