Is there an overview for the minimum drive shaft length for all through hollow shaft encoders?

Please note:

The greater the installation depth or the more the drive shaft is located in the hollow shaft of the encoder, the better the performance of the encoder and the fewer electrical and mechanical problems will occur.

 

For this reason please always make for encoders with a through hollow shaft sure that the drive shaft is as long as possible.

As a recommendation, the drive shaft should be at least as long as the through hollow shaft of the encoder.
