LRS4000 scan field flatness

The mechanical "Conical error" and "Tilt error" are part of the device datasheet.

The principle of conical and tilt error is shown in the picture below ( for the illustration greatly exaggerated ).

The tilt error is the deviation of the rotating axis to the base and the conical error is the tilting of the device to the rotating axis.  The scan field flatness is the combined error and typical +/- 0,2 degree.
