For customers, SICK AppEngine is now available as a software product that makes additional devices ready for SICK AppSpace.

SICK AppEngine makes AppSpace available as software product

The software product SICK AppEngine integrates devices such as industrial PCs, servers, or controllers into the SICK AppSpace eco-system and makes them programmable. The SICK AppEngine thus expands the portfolio of programmable devices on which SICK AppSpace can be used. With the aid of the eco-system, sensor applications based on individual SensorApps are efficiently implemented and executed on the SICK AppEngine, regardless of the application area and sensor technology.

This opens up even more opportunities for data-centric applications and gives added value to customers to collect, analyze, and process data while staying in the SICK AppSpace ecosystem. Hence, making sense out of data and improving productivity and efficiency through transparent sensor and process data.
