Do the device LEDs indicate an error even if the LEDs are disabled?

The device LEDs can be deactivated on the picoScan150. This means that neither a green light (the device is ready) nor a red LED (e.g. in the event of an error) is displayed. However, when booting up, both LEDs light up red if they are still active. FW version V1.0.2, no changes planned.
