VFS60A-TGPZ0-S03 (1037785) special encoder

The VFS60A-TGPZ0-S03 (1037785) is a special encoder with the following attributes:

• Programmable interface
• Default resolution 1024 steps per revolution
• HTL (programmable to TTL)
• Through hollow shaft 14 mm
• Cable with 1.5 m
• The encoder has a different premounted stator coupling: BEF-DS02DFS/VFS (2047430)
• It is no more sellable

There are 2 possible replacements:

1: Programmable DFS60 with stator coupling and programming tool

=> with this solution, the customer has all possibilities, but the default programming of the DFS60 is different. The customer must change the programming with the PGT-08-S (resolution: 65536 => 1034, TTL => HTL)

2. Non programmable DBS60 (with the mentioned default programming) and the matching stator coupling.

=> this solution more price efficient, but it needs to be clarified with the customer, if the default settings of the encoder are used. Otherwise, the encoder must be change slightly (resolution, TTL/HTL)
