Task:

The task was to detect paper jam on the ground plate of a flatbed printer, due to mechanical /temperature reasons the fiber optic was the right solution.

Application Analysis result:

First tests with through beam fiber #5308052, LL3-TR01 and lens #5308128, LL3-TA01 showed that the infrared drying light directly next to the fiber optics had an influence on the actual value of the fiber amplifier.

Therefore we added a near infrared-block-coating on the lens of the #5328271, LL3-TA01IR. The mechanical+optical data are the same as #5308128, LL3-TA01.
With these lenses no influence of the infrared drying light on the fiber receiver level exists.

The lenses #5328271, LL3-TA01IR are suitable to the following fibers LL3-TB01-xx, LL3-TB02, LL3-TB06, LL3-TH01, LL3-TJ01, LL3-TK77, LL3-TR01, LL3-TW01-xx
