Introduction

For general questions on how to parametrize and integrate a SIG200/SIG350 IO-Link Master into your PLC, please have a look at the operating instructions of the IO-Link master you use, or have a look at the following youtube video.

RFH5xx

The function blocks for process data format are available for download free of charge at SupportPortal but can also be downloaded at the Function Block Factory. The function blocks for parameters (ISDUs) have to be generated via Function Block Factory, or the generic "examples projects" for reading/writing parameters (see example section on FBF side) can be used. There is no download possible on SupportPortal. 

Currently, we offer a function block for:

  • Siemens TIA V14 or higher (Profinet)
  • Omron Sysmac Studio (EtherCAT and EthernetIP)
  • Rockwell Studio5000 (EthernetIP)
  • Mitsubishi GXWorks3 (EthernetIP)

If you have the need for other function blocks (e.g. Beckhoff TwinCAT3,...) please get in contact with us.

RFU610 IO-Link

The function block enables reading and writing tag data as well as controlling the RFU610 device via the cyclic IO-Link process data channel.

 

Currently, we offer a function block for:

  • Siemens TIA V14 or higher (Profinet)
  • Omron Sysmac Studio (EtherCAT and EthernetIP)

CLV61x IO-Link

The function blocks for CLV61x offer parametrization via ISDU data. They can also be generated by the Function Block Factory. The attached *.zip files contain the Function Block as a library (there is no example included). For the process data handling, there is not Function Block available.
