How to Turn on the Object Data and Heartbeat Data

Navigate C:\Program Files\SICK\Analytics Solutions\lda-properties\dacq-logback.xml

Open dacp-logback.xml with notepad.

Line 144 ( level='OFF" Replace "TRACE"). Set the level to TRACE to turn ON. (Object data).

Line 149 ( level='OFF' Replace "TRACE"). Set the level to TRACE to turn ON. (Heartbeat data).

Both Object Data and Heartbeat Data set ON.

Save file, Wait a few minutes gather data.

The file "C:\Program Files\SICK\Analytics Solutions\logs\lda-dacq-objectdata.log" should start filling up with object data.

Take a copy of the file and send it as request for information.

Be Sure to turn both Object data and Heartbeat Data "OFF".
