  • Login as Service user
  • Select the latest Firmware file
  • Run the Firmware update

General Notes

The default passwords of the sensingCam SEC100 are

  • "servicelevel" for the Service user
  • "main" for the Maintenance user (not applicable for this tutorial)

The default static IP address (the static IP address is the fallback mode) is 192.168.136.100. This IP address is needed to access the web UI using a browser.

 

Note:

During the firmware update, the camera must remain switched on and the Ethernet connection must not be disconnected.
