Troubleshooting when programming the ACx36/ACM60

How does the programming basically work?

→ see the installation instruction:

Problem 1: → there is no analogue value between 0% and 100%. It is only switching in the middle between 0% and 100%.

The reason for this is, that the counting direction is wrong.

Please change the counting direction (see the mounting instruction) and do the programming of the end points again.

Problem 2: → the programming procedure is too long, the encoder switches into operating mode during programming.

The maximum time between programming the 0% and 100% is 5 min.

If you wait longer than 5 min between setting 0 % and setting 100%, than the encoder will go back to operating mode.

To avoid this problem, you have to extend the programming time by pressing the 100 % button after less than 5 min. Than the "programming time counter" is reset and you can continue the programming. You can do this as long it is needed.
