LMS5xx mounting

The components of the standard mounting kits fit together in that order:

The use of the mounting kit 3 is only possible together with mounting kit 1 and 2

that fits together in both directions of the protection hood. Mounting kit 3 does also fit here, but an upside down mounting of the sensor is then not possible becaus of the cables.

Mounting possible with mounting bracket 1 and 2, but does not fit with mounting bracket 3.

This is a mounting kit with the possibility for a fine adjustment of the sensor (roll angle +/- 3�, nick angle +/-2�)

This one fits directly on the sensor without any other bracket.

It works also in combination with the following other brackets in the shown order:

The standard mounting kit does not fit on the fine adjustment bracket.

The fine adjustment bracket can also be used in combination with the weather hood, but therefor the adapter bracket No. 2059271 is necessary:

Be careful how you mount the adapter 2059271.
He is not symmetrical, so if you mounted it in the wrong way, the two attachments ("ears") for the connection box, will collide with the weather hood!

 

Fits directly to the sensor. Usage of mounting brackets 1-3 not possible then.

But it fits also with the old justage bracket from the LMS2xx (2018303) like drawn below:

This fits together with the adapter bracket bracket:

There are two predefined mounting sets that fit together in that order:

Order Number Set 1: 1059092 (consists of: 2063034, 2059271, 2018303)

Order Number Set 2: 1059093 (consists of: 2063034, 2059271, 2018303, 2133702)

This fits directly to the sensor, no other bracket necessary:

It is adjustable in two axis.

Mounting together with a weatherhood is not possible. Only possibility for a combination is to modify the weatherhood:

Collision 1: green bracket hits the weatherhood:

Collision 2: screws hitting the weather hood too:

Collision is definitively there, collision can be prevented by turning weatherhood 180�.

Also the small protection hood causes collisions with that bracket.
