Mapping Diagnosis to left Q outputs

How to configure with SOPAS

In the shown example, you see such configuration:
Q3 = accumulative alarm
Q4 = contamination alarm with individual setting

How to set ProcessQality level

Detail configuration via Function programming, available in “Expert Level”

How to interpret the QoR

% value related to the No of beams
example for MLG05A-0295R10501
No. of beams = 60
QoR level = 90
the QoR Alarm will be released, when >= 6 beams have weak signal
That means 90% of beams are good, 10% of beams are weak.

Please note, the internal contamination monitor level is fix, cannot be modified by the customer.

  Please consider, process quality is not available for high resolution mode

Watching the result at the left side by selecting the I/O register
