Installation Prerequisites

  • A IPC, Server, or VM that meets the minimum system requirements mentioned above
  • A user account with full administrator rights on the target IPC, Server, or VM
  • Uninstall any previous versions of Analytics from the target IPC, Server, or VM
  • Uninstall any previous versions of MySQL, its associated data, and files from the target IPC, Server, or VM
  • Obtain a software license for the Analytics software
  • Obtain a software installer executable for the Analytics software
  • Exclude SICK Package Analytics services & executables from any installed Anti-virus so that they have unrestricted access to the hardware and software components of the PC
