Save Image failed with Axis IPCam and SIM2000-p

The IPCam is receiving the trigger but the images cannot be stored on the PC

Indicator for this issue:

  • Successful Image Request from IPCam is counting up
  • Save image failed is also counting up!
 

1. Validate if the credatials of the IPCam are correct
 

2. Validate if an firewall is active. If yes check if the image transfer is working without the firewall. If this is the case, set up the specific firewall rules 
 

3. Validate if the image transfer is working on your PC by using image FTP
