Application:

Invisible mark on textile cloth applied with a felt pen as cutting mark

The sensor must detect the green fluorescent mark, but suppress the blue fluorescent background coming from the cloth

     

Recommended Solution:

LUT9U-11216 with OG 570 filter

Sensing distance: 20 mm
Working range: 10 mm ... 40 mm
Light spot size: 3 mm x 9 mm
Receiving range: 570 nm ... 750 nm

or

LUT9U-11316 with OG 570 filter

Sensing distance: 50 mm
Working range: 20 mm ... 70 mm
Light spot size: 5 mm x 15 mm
Receiving range: 570 nm ... 750 nm

thanks to the OG570 filter the fluorescent green can be separated from the blue fluorescent background
