SICK Nova 2.14.0 release

The following changes introduced in Nova 2.14.0 have effects on backwards compatibility.

Job ID moved to Fieldbus control bits
The Job ID of the selected Job has been moved to control bits 8-15 when using the EtherNet/IP and PROFINET tools. The selected Job can be changed by writing the control bits from the PLC.

Communicate in Configure mode setting moved to Fieldbus tool
The setting to enable Fieldbus communication has moved from the EtherNet/IP and PROFINET tools, to the Fieldbus tool in the System tab. Existing configurations have to be manually updated.

Dropped support for InspectorP63x/64x/65x
This Nova release no longer supports the InspectorP63x/64x/65x device variants.
