How to check if the Field Analytics (or Monitoring Box) Gateway is online

If you are missing new data in Field Analytics or the Monitoring Box or after commissioning, you can check whether the Smart Service Gateway (SSG) is online and working correctly by following the steps below: Connect the left port of the Smart Service Gateway to a PC with a set address range of e.g. 192.168.0.2 (last digit any number except 1 and 100) and open the standard IP of the gateway with port 5000: http://192.168.0.100:5000/
If the SSG gateway has a correct online connection, you should see a message similar to the one below:
If you see red error message(s), please check e.g. whether the SIM card is correctly inserted in the SSG and is active and working correctly, e.g. whether sufficient data volume of the SIM card tariff is available...
