The sample frequency of 6400Hz is always the same and is not written in the datasheet, because in general it isn't relevant for the customer, except he needs to read out the raw data.
In this case he can read out the time increment between the measuring points value via Index 4586, Subindices 4:


It is possible to calculate the sample frequency by eg. a block length of 640ms (0.64s) are 4096 measuring points recorded  => 4096 / 0.640 = 6400Hz
