Do we have tip adapter lenses for our LL3- fibers and how do they affect the light spot?

We offer fibers that are designed for accessory lenses.
We offer lenses for through beam systems (LL3-TA**) and for proximity systems (LL3-DA**)

Proximity systems: These accessory lenses focus the light spot very precisely. They decrease the light spot size so that you can detect very small objects.

Through beam systems: These accessory lenses also focus the light spot - but not that much like the LL3-DA** versions do. They decrease the light spot size to gain a higher sensing range. 
Normal fibers have an opening angle of 60°. With the LL3-TA**, this is reduced to 11°. 
 
The final light beam diameter depends on the mounting position of the lens in front of the fiber and the distance to the object. We don't specify any minimal diameter or diameter range for the fibers or a fiber-lens system. This also means that every fiber-lens system needs to be adjusted individually inside the application..
 
 
Please note that the fiber lenses are not suitable for all fibers in our portfolio.
