Your SICK ID gives you access to our extensive range of services. This includes direct online orders, price and availability checks, and access to our digital services.
This article describes how to get access to the new Support Portal. Please follow the instructions below, and if necessary, use the contact form as shown in the segment “Problems with registration" to let us help you.

Benefits SICK-ID registration
One login for multiple digital services. With your SICK ID, you can log in to the support portal and a range of other digital services and applications. More information can be found here:
Navigate to the user icon () and click "Register".
If possible please fill out all fields so that we can provide you the best possible service. Fields marked with an "*" are mandatory fields. Please choose your business email address and a secure password and submit the registration request.
Confirming registration
After the registration you receive an email. Please confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email.
Complete registration by login at sick.com
To complete the registration process, please navigate to sick.com again and login once using the email address you chose for registration.
This is a mandatory step, which has to be done after the email is confirmed.
Duration to finalize the registration
After your first login to sick.com, it may take up to 2 business days for us to complete your registration. Once completed, you will receive a final confirmation. After that, you will be able to use the SICK Support Portal.
