Have you checked the T&T Systems General Troubleshooting Guide?

Please ask yourself the following Questions:
  1. Is the device status confirmed as operational?
  2. Are Trigger and Encoder signals being received from the controller? Confirm by checking objects on the "Readingdiagnose" page and ensuring laser activation by the scanner.
  3. Are the encoder and trigger settings accurate? (Including trigger source and increment resolution
  4. Have the Focus settings been verified through the "Background Display"? Confirm alignment with expectations
  5. Can barcodes be successfully read in a static test using “Percentage Evaluation”? Confirm barcode position accuracy.
  6. Can barcodes be successfully read in a dynamic test? Confirm barcode position accuracy.
