Dear all,

A customer ordered 60 pcs of WTT12LC for his warehouse, he does not connect it to an IO-Link master. He uses the IO-Link version for parametrize the sensor via SOPAS, so that he can use two switching outputs and one of them with window mode.
All 60 sensors should have the same parametrization also replace sensors should become the same.
The problem is that the worker does not have a PC to parametrize the sensors.

Therefore, our solution is our Memory Stick IOLP2ZZ-M3201 #1064290. With this stick, you can upload the parametrization from one sensor and then download it to every other sensor, without having SOPAS.

Easy to use.
First you have to unlock the device.
Press the “Touch 1” button twice, with the second touch hold the button until LED 4 lights up briefly.
LED 1 and 3 flash as soon as the Memory Stick is unlocked.

Second you have to upload from device or to download to device.
For upload press and hold “Touch 1” button until LED 4 lights up briefly.
LED 1 flashes. As soon as the upload is complete, LED 1 and 3 light up.

For download press and hold “Touch 2” button until LED 4 lights up briefly.
LED 3 flashes. As soon as the upload is complete, LED 1 and 3 light up.

With this solution you can easily transfer parameter sets from one sensor to the other sensor (equal model).
It will work with all IO-Link V1.1 sensors, also it will work with the SIG100.

Hope that helps.
