For the switch-off threshold, there is no exact level:
With a "theoretical" supply voltage of 8 V (operation is not possible here), the threshold is 1 V. With a supply voltage of 17 V, the switch-off threshold is 3.6 V.

 

Therefore:

  • Level MF input active: > 13.6 V
  • Level MF input inactive: < 1 V (from a supply voltage of 17 V: < 3.6V)
