The light spot size of the OD7000 is not documented explicit in the OD7000s data sheet.
However there is a direct relation between the definition of the "light spot diameter" and the "lateral resolution" (that is documented in the OD7000s datasheet). The formula to calculate the light spot diameter is:
Light spot diameter = 2 * lateral resolution
