Dear all,
the customer has an application where he uses 30 x SIG100-0A0111100 #1089792 with a logic on it, all thirty SIG100 do the same. The SIG100 are not connected to a PLC, they work as a standalone solution.
He has the problem that he does not want to program each device individually.
Now he has two options to do the configuration and the logic once and copy it to all the other SIG100.
The first option is he has to use the SOPAS import and export function.
For this solution the firmware version of the SIG100 has to be V1.0.2 or higher and the SOPAS version has to be V2018.3 or higher.
After he makes his configuration and logic, he has to click on the 3 points in the right top corner of the SIG100 symbol in the SOPAS project. Then he has to choose the option “Export…”, to load the configuration and the logic from the device and store it on the PC.
Then he has to give a name for it and press the store button.
To copy it now to an other SIG100, he has to use the “Import…” function of SOPAS.
Now he has to choose the stored file from before and press the button open.
After this the “Device Import” window pops up, normally he can press finish with the option “use current user level” but it would be better if he uses the option “user defined”, chooses the user level “Maintenance” and types in the password “main”, then press the button finish.
In the next window, he has to press yes, to synchronize SOPAS and the SIG100.
Now the configuration and the logic is transferred to the SIG100.
But be aware, the SIG100 has to be online if you do this
The second option is, you use the IOLP2ZZ-M3201 #1064290 memory stick. With this option, you can also transfer the configuration and the logic from one device to another.
How to do the download and the upload, you will find in the manual of the memory stick.
